ARBOR BREWING COMPANY INDIA

The idea for Arbor Brewing Company India started with Gaurav Sikka, a University of Michigan student
and frequent Arbor Brewing Company patron. After graduating and returning to Bangalore, Gaurav
contacted our founders with an interest in leading India’s emerging craft brewery movement. After an exploratory
trip to India, the Greffs signed on as consultants to help build an Arbor Brewing Company modeled after
the original ABC Brewpub in downtown Ann Arbor.

As part of their agreement, the Greffs ensured that all pubs opened under the ABC brand meet the same standards for quality, work environment, sustainable business practices, local sourcing, and community involvement that are at the heart of Arbor Brewing Company.

ABC India will brew many of the same recipes we produce here in Michigan. Gaurav plans to launch with selections like Belgian Blonde, No Parking PilsnerMichael Faricy’s Stout, and our flagship Sacred Cow IPA—renamed Raging Elephant IPA for the Indian market.
