Special Agent Cooper: Special Agent Cooper, Blonde Ale brewed with coffee, 5.1% ABV, 4 IBU - Brewed with Empire Vienna malt from Empire, Michigan and locally roasted coffee. The bread character of their Vienna malt naturally pairs with the fruity and nutty Costa Rican coffee roasted by Ypsi's own Hyperion Coffee Co. S.A. Cooper is laden with aromas of fresh coffee, toasty bread, and a subtle graham cracker while remaining light in body and creamy on the finish. Beer is good but with some 'damn good coffee', it's even better.
