We host weddings, workshops, reunions, graduations and more! 0ur gatherings run the gamut. We have two unique venues, The Plymouth Tap Room and Corner Brewery in Ypsilanti.
Our spaces are available year-round during our normal business hours. Once you know which space you’d like to book, send us your event details using our rental request form. We suggest you get in touch early—many of our rooms book months in advance.
Corner Brewery Lounge (ypsi)
Room Rental Fees
Payment of the room rental fee confirms the booking on a first come basis. You may rent out a portion of the space or the entire room!
One Third Lounge (Seats 24)
- Monday – Thursday: $20 per hour / Friday – Sunday: $45 per hour
Two Thirds Lounge (Seats 48)
- Monday – Thursday: $30 per hour / Friday – Sunday: $55 per hour
Full Lounge (Seats 72)
- Monday – Thursday: $50 per hour / Friday – Sunday: $100 per hour
Our lounge is perfect for hosting parties, rallies, and other events that won’t be bothered by a little noise from our brewery.

Payment of the room rental fee confirms the booking on a first come basis. You may rent out either one third or two thirds of the space!
One Third Beer Garden (Seats 56)
- Monday – Thursday: $30 per hour / Friday – Sunday: $55 per hour
Two Thirds Beer Garden (Seats 136)
- Monday – Thursday: $100 per hour / Friday – Sunday: $150 hour

- Guests: 20 – 35: Rental Fee for Single Space: $100 Monday – Thursday, $150 Friday – Sunday
- Monday – Thursday: 12pm – 4pm: Minimum: $1,500, 4pm – 11pm: Minimum: $2,000
- Friday – Saturday: 12pm – 4pm: Minimum: $1,500, 4pm – 12am: Minimum: $2,000
- Sunday: 12pm – 4pm: Minimum: $1,500, 4pm – 10pm: Minimum: $2,000
- Guests: 35 – 150: Rental Fee for Full Location Buyout: $200 Monday – Thursday, $500 Friday – Sunday
- Monday – Thursday: 12pm – 4pm: Minimum: $1,500, 4pm – 11pm: Minimum: $2,000
- Friday – Saturday: 12pm – 4pm: Minimum: $6,000, 4pm – 12am: Minimum: $18,000
- Sunday: 12pm – 4pm: Minimum: $5,000, 4pm – 10pm: Minimum: $10,000
Our Plymouth Tap Room is the newest of our locations and though we do not have a private space, the demand for events at this location is so high we decided to start renting out both our hightop section and our section by the tanks!
