FOGG: Pours deep straw, with a brilliant white head. Moderate haze, due to little lagering time, and yeast in suspension. Continental pilsner malt contributes a soft grainy aroma, while European derived American hops provide herbal and floral notes with hints of lemon. Slight sulfur from the lager fermentation. Soft maltiness on the palate, while the hops provide more lemon and herbal notes. Medium-bodied, with a dry, lingering, hoppy finish.
