Tasting Notes: This golden, light-bodied, easy-drinking "session beer" may weigh in at 3.9% ABV, but it's no entry-level puff beer. It is a classic English Bitter called "one of the best beers brewed in the U.S.A. in the last 20 years" by Duncan Ward Deputy Head Steward of the Great British Beer Festival.
Beer History:This beer is brewed in honor of our dear friend and fellow ultimate (frisbee) player Dave "Cipher" Huxell who e lost to a traffic accident a few years back. Initial proceeds from the sale of this beer helped to capitalize a $10,000 charitable fund established through the Ann Arbor Community Foundation in Ciph's honor to support animal rights, the environment, and literacy.
