The Rat Pad Project was the brainchild of a few very close friends of the brewery who also happen to be phonomenal homebrewers. "Wouldn't it be cool", they asked, "if we could brew small batches in the brewery on a homebrew system that could then be sold on tap in the pub".

"Yes, it would be very cool" we said. "Make it happen!"

So Dannyboy brought in his 10 gallon homebrew system and we were off and running.
